Right now, nothing. We're in closed beta until March 31, which means your first 3 months are completely free with no credit card required. After the beta ends, paid plans start at $8.33/month billed annually. Every beta customer locks in their plan pricing for 12 months after launch, so you get 15 months of value for the price of 12.
It means you get in early, pay nothing upfront, and get direct onboarding from the founders rather than a support bot. We'll jump on a Zoom with you personally, help you get connected, and make sure it's working for your specific setup. Spots are limited and close March 31.
Currently Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp. Beyond that, if a platform has an open API it can be connected. If there's a specific channel you need, let us know when you sign up and we'll prioritise it.
No. You're not charged per message sent or received. The only exception is Meta marketing messages or outbound campaigns, which consume credits from your existing Meta Business account. That's a Meta cost, not ours.
