- How does the 3-month free trial work?
- During our beta period (until March 31st), all new users get 3 months completely free on any plan. No credit card required to start. You'll have full access to all features in your chosen plan. After the trial, you'll be asked to enter payment details to continue.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to the new plan's features and we'll prorate the difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
- What happens if I exceed my limits?
- We'll notify you when you're approaching your plan's limits for automations or AI tokens. You can either upgrade to a higher plan or wait until your limits reset at the start of your next billing cycle. We won't cut off your service mid-workflow.
- Is there a discount for annual billing?
- Yes! Annual billing saves you 17% compared to monthly billing — that's effectively 2 months free. The savings are shown on each plan card when you select annual billing.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). For Organization plans, we can also arrange invoicing and bank transfers. Contact us at hello@ethenai.com for enterprise payment options.
- What's included in 'unlimited' features?
- All plans include unlimited contacts, messages, personas, products. This means you can manage as many customer conversations, product listings, and AI personas as you need without worrying about hitting caps on these core features.
